No medical exam is required for coverage up to UGX 5,000,000. You only need to answer a few health questions. For coverage above UGX 5M, a simple health checkup may be required at our partner clinics.
Filing claims is easy: (1) Dial *165*5# and select "File Claim", (2) WhatsApp us at +256-701-384593, or (3) Visit any of our offices. You'll need your policy number and supporting documents (medical receipts, death certificate, etc.). Most claims are processed within 24-48 hours.
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfers, and cash deposits at our offices. You can also set up automatic monthly deductions from your mobile money wallet for convenience.
We offer a 30-day grace period for monthly payments. Your coverage remains active during this time. If payment is received within the grace period, your policy continues without interruption. We'll send SMS reminders before your policy lapses.
